In truth, both communities have their problems. We all, I hope, want the same result: gender and sex equality. But we each have our own concerns, and I think that's where we get caught up. That's my two pennies worth.

Our media teaches boys to be slaves to women. Probably so. But have you ever noticed protagonists tend to be male over female? My take: we're getting a single sided story, and it self-perpetuates.

The writer in me wants to disagree. In the simplest terms, writing is about portraying a pyroclast (read: fragment) of reality. Archetypes happen. So should everything be so politically correct all the time?

Allow me to approach this differently: You say coincidence, but I'm necessarily convinced. You have to consider the process in which this was likely created. Because of its large size, the creator would have only been able to focus their attention on one segment of the blackboard at a given time. Now notice how "Boy's" and "Girl's" are significantly separated.
