Here's why... 69% of HR are female The scary bit is that it biases the hiring process for large companies until eventually the core company associates / senior executives become women. People hire people most simular to themselves. Eventually, the raw masculine hunter/opportunistic trait disappears from the strategic arm of the company, resulting in a boring, bland, conservative company.
