I'm reading a book on poker and I think the message could help: when you strive to become a better poker player, you have to stop basing your evaluation of performance on simply winning/losing a specific hand and instead choose to analyze yourself on how well you played, technically, regardless of outcome. 10	Do Natural Alphas Even Exist? I think this boils down to women ignoring the process of change and only focusing on the end result.
