| 1 | Losing Baby weight...I’d say to 1. Go easy on yourself since you’re newly postpartum (as others have said). 2. Focus on foods that boost your milk supply, eat regular meals, drink plenty of water, and try to be active. Maybe go for long walks with your baby if the weather is nice enough. When I had my son three years ago, walking is what helped me lose the 50 lbs I gained during pregnancy fairly quickly.
