Call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, accessible nationwide by dialing 800-273-TALK (8255). If I can do anything let me know. I've suffered with depression and I can only tell you that this too shall pass. Hang in there, it will. I assure you. Your kids need their dad beyond their current ages.... don't give them more challenges and hurdles in life. There are enough already. Get some help to get you through this. Text or call your kids. Let me know if I can do anything.

Well whether true or not women are for the most part opportunists who want to skate through life. Whether your statements are factual or not doesn't really change that. I'll tell you what though. This man is much happier after HE INITIATED HIS DIVORCE. And I'll bet it all you're not happily married. Otherwise you'd not be here at all and you'd be out with your happily married to sucker of a spouse.

I can afford it that's not the issue. I live in MA and I think Bumble is popular here. I understand the time commitment. If FB yields nothing then I wanted to pay the highest one on Hinge for a month. Then go to bumble and pay there for a month and see how that goes. Just probably not really wanting to do that for another year as for me last year FB was a good experience and I'm not really trying to rush anything.

I don't follow? I averaged one date per month via FB and it cost me nothing. I'm 9 months divorced after 20 years so not really rushing into anything and just kind of getting used to going out again. I also did pay for one week of tinder (I used Google credits for one week just to see) and there was. no noticable difference to me. Maybe I needed to go up another level.

Yeah last year off FB dating I got maybe 12/13 dates. Tinder 1, Bumble 0, Hinge 1. Wild. And I don't pay.

I don't know why a therapist would say that but I am of the mindset therapy is good at all times to help you reflect on whatever happens to be going on in your life at the time, good or bad. So personally I always go.... maybe the frequency changes but I never stop. Anyways it's good you at least go in times of need. Therapy should have nothing to do with her really. Your whole post could be a therapy session or two for example. Someone else mentioned you keep picking the same woman... maybe som…

What is wrong with therapy, she is spot on about that.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
