Men aren't looking for someone to make them laugh. That is what other guys are for. So if you are unattractive and not funny, you go in the ignore pile. But if you are unattractive and funny, you go in the guy pile. which at least gets attention and is a most likely a perceived benefit. If you are attractive and funny you go in the girl pile (with a slight risk of being seen as a little guy like). If you are attractive and not funny, you still go in the girl pile. No benefit, slight risk to bein…

Do not have sex with her again, do not move out of the residence and do get a divorce while you can still do it without losing everything.

Do they have problems with their SOs hanging out with opposite sex friends? Would either of them have an issue with the SOs hanging out together while they hang out together? Sometimes, things like that can give an interesting window into their thoughts and intentions. If trust is one sided, that is an issue.

> I met him online, he's miles away, but we never met in real life It sounds like you fell for the idea of him, not him, because you really have no idea who he is. The best way to move on is to move on. Be busy. Do things. Meet people. Actually meet them. If you have people in your life and have an active life, you don;t have time to dwell on things like this.

I think it depends on the situation. I was in a long-term verbally/emotionally abusive marriage with a bpd. Been separated/no-contact for almost 2 years. Papers signed. Should be final after judge review this month. It has been nothing but liberating. There was stress about how it would proceed but the relief has not subsided.

I guess I was lucky. 25 years of marriage. 1600 in attorney fees and she pays her own fees. I did not follow his advice on things I thought would make the divorce more contentious. Adult kids so that was not an issue. Basically i used him to file paperwork and an hour settlement meeting.

I really wish more people did this. I think it really leads to so much less wasted time, effort and uncertainty. I also believe it is actually kinder than what people usually do attempting to be kind.

Dude here. I read here because I find it interesting and insightful into a rather rare form of thinking about men and relationships by women. I'm older so I see a lot of Truth and benefit to TRP beyond just maximizing notches on a headboard. Wish I had discovered it 25 years ago. I will rarely comment although I did last night because I have seen that situation play out with similar fit women before.

For me, no. But I think having orbiters tends to attract more orbiters. And orbiters want sex. And you probably don't see them as orbiters but having one close guy friend is one thing but if you have 10...you have orbiters. And to a guy looking to date, at least for me, I am not playing that game.

You don't have to avoid them completely. I took being friends as hanging out with them, which i would not advise if you are looking for a relationship. Talking to them at the box or class is not a big deal. What you want to avoid is hanging out with those guys. That attracts guys looking for sex and repels guys looking to date.

I would agree with this. Completely. Unless you are wanting to date these guys, they are going to be a hindrance.

Most people don't know it but the movie Fatal Attraction...very much BDP. Same with Mommie Dearest also. There is a reason one of the best books about BDP is I Hate You - Don't Leave Me.

Idealization phase...they will treat you like a King. If you do not have the knowledge of something like trp or what BDP is, it can be addictive and you may think you have her whipped and in control. If there isn't that part of it to her, it's not really BDP. She's probably just a bitch.

My advice from a life hard lived...put your dick in all the crazy you want but if you come across a true BDP and recognize it...Run. Away. Fast. AWALT but not all are truly, clinically BDP. Think of it this way...all women are emotionally driven but only some will cut off your dick while you are sleeping when they get pissed.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
