1	CorporateLand: How to Handle Salary Negotiations. I have a different experience, I always tell them what I'm making..... (raised $10-15k higher than my actual current salary) and tell them I'm looking to 'at least match or increase'. I think IT companies at least are much more willing to match your current salary.
