I'm a carb lover as well. I can't get enough bread and bagels during the day. I'm trying hard to fix that right now; it's a mental game for me, carbs = comfort. | 1 | Old dog, new tricksHow long have you been going to the gym? I started back up about a year and a half ago, and still am nowhere near where I thought I would be by now. Physical change takes time, longer for some people, and especially when we are older. Tanning is a great way to help accentuate muscle definition and tone. I try and tan 2-3 times a month to maintain a healthy appearance.
