2	To a women, what's the significance of a kiss/ make out? This can be judged on so many levels. For me (34F) I think that it's intense and passionate if just left at the kiss. I though have never been one to kiss a stranger. Many of my girlfriends will have no issue at making out with a man in a bar after one too many cocktails. Every woman is different.
