8	Mumbai: Single dad freed in sex case as 11-year-old daughter recants. Daughter's cousin made her say this to get even with the father. This is a once in a blue moon case . I am from India , even minor offences can take years for a verdict to be reached and during that time the cops and the lawyers will suck your bank account dry. If you are poor you are screwed , if you are rich you can bribe people off at the right place , the only option for poor people is to approach the local big criminal/ politician and beg them for help and depending on how chummy you are with them they may or may not help you.
