I think u/the_unseen_one made some good points, I just don't think calling someone a jackass for having a different opinion is very productive. I'm not a huge advocate for marriage, its just harder to get out of than many in this sub make it out to be. 0	Rise of women backing out of divorce as settlements shrink. Do you have such a bleak outlook on life that you can't comprehend the appeal of marriage? It's easy to hate from the outside, but when you are in a position where you are in love and your SO wants to get married, its not something that you can easily avoid.
