I feel like this issue could be solved so easily by the ladies if they instituted a rule of no sex for the first month. That would weed out anyone not seriously interested.

There won't be any in a suburb but there will be some in the city. If you lived in Denver for example, search on Google for "Denver salsa dancing" and you will find places.

Yes. Before approaching the amazing girl, it's best to warm up on women you're not interested in so that way you're already in the zone by the time you approach the hot one. Also during your warmup sets, if you botch it badly it's no big deal and you will recognize what needs to be improved.
