13	Cut down on the drinking. Find clarity. Alcohol never makes situations better, I had issues with alcohol as an university student. I was broke and got too much fat. Now I've quit drinking. sometimes I drink and immediately regret. It makes me depressive when I wake up. I think only way to drink is a couple of glasses with the ones you love spending good time, at most twice a month.
