I also have the unpopular opinion that Caesar in the long run led to the death of Rome since the end of the Republic and the advent of an Emperor meant eventual death. The problem is that while the Emperor today may be better than the entire Republic, as Caesar certainly was, his successor's will not be, and indeed we got emperors like Nero.	/r/MGTOW	25/06/20 08:19 AM
