Did you stop taking fin when you started taking the oral minox?? The Norwood reaper is starting to get to me, but I am uneasy about taking Fin.

I agree with you that losing 100 pounds will solve a lot of my problems. I just want to make sure I am doing the work in the other areas that I am weak in. I don't want to lose all that weight to just a fit dude with bitch frame. So I very much appreciate your commentary and advice!

I am only going balls deep keto and fasting until I get to around 230...then I will take a break and work on maintaining and recomposing to lose the last 30... It will be a long road so I'm taking it one step at a time. I have been sipping on snake juice to make sure my electrolytes are good. The keto is more about breaking food addiction and hunger. I have been walking minimum 3 miles a day on the treadmill on an incline, today I did 5 miles. I have been lifting 5ish days a week too. I won't be…

I think I am understanding what you are saying. I don't think I thought about it at that level, in terms of who I am trying to not complain for or why. My mindset has been more about just getting control of the things that come out of my mouth. You might have just uncovered a covert contract that I was unaware of. Thank you for the response!

My point was more about my complaining and complaining being unattractive in general. Being more attractive and less unattractive is something I am working on being more cognizant of. I still handle my responsibilities even if I'm tired haha. But I understand what you're getting at and you are right, I am sure I have some insecurities to work on.

Gotcha... I think I am getting it a bit. Yesterday morning when I woke up the first thing I mentioned was how I didnt sleep well. Complaining to her like a little bitch. As soon as the words left my mouth I thought to myself "dude, you just stomped on your on dick, just shut up and never complain again." All the feedback on this has been super helpful!

I like that negative inquiry like, "what's wrong with being weird?" Haha. Thank you for the advice!

Much appreciated! Trying not to turn myself artistic over all this stuff haha. But I certainly need to be more deliberate with my actions. Thank you!

I'm not sure, I will have to figure that maintenance out once I get there. For now it's keto, alternate day fasting, walking and lifting.

I think I'm too new to all this to understand if I am the butt of a joke or actually getting actionable information.

Hard to tell just yet, I am pretty new here. But communication is generally not hard for me, but I need to learn where the STFU line is.

I like this! So get inquisitive and turn it back to her trying to qualify what she said to me.... If I am understanding correctly.

That is a good perspective to have, instead of me looking in the rear view mirror. Thank you!
