Of course men represent 60-70% of suicides, that's because half the world's population is male, and 99%+ of those men are cis. You're supposed to use percentages normalised by the size of the cohort e.g. cis male suicides divided by number of cis males, which is much lower than trans suicide rates. Gender dysphoria is a severe risk to life if left without gender reaffirming surgery: 82% of trans people have thought about killing themselves and 40% end up giving it a go.
