1	Ticket master Yes, it is. Or at least it isn’t unlikely. Go to any big CFB game and you’ll find dozens of scalpers with hundreds of physical tickets. Anytime I go to a UGA game, everyone has a physical ticket because that’s how UGA shipped them, then many of them go back on the market.
