It's not when rights are a concern. You only find it to be another issue because YOU aren't forced to pay for a child that may not be yours/you were fooled into having. I have a somewhat unrelated question. How old are you? Do you have children? Your positions just seem to come from someone with limited experience in this department. I am not trying to belittle you in any way. Just genuinely curious.

Yes, there are very large differences in the physical requirements. I was written up while serving in the military for not carrying a heavy toolbox for two female troops. I told them they are a part of a unit and need to pull their weight. I even showed them an easy way for both of them to carry it and was still reprimanded. As for the glass ceiling and glass cellar. I think the argument is that yes there are women firefighters, cops, military, etc. But where the problem lies is the requirements are lower for women than they are for men. That is not equality. A lot of talk is also done by feminists about the 'glass ceiling.' But something that's never talked about is the 'glass cellar.' I once asked a woman unclip the keys to my belt because I needed to unlock something at work and I had my hands full. I thought nothing of it, as men have done the same thing. I was then written up and counseled because someone overheard the conversation and twisted it to me having her reach her hands in my pocket. She never corrected them. Never spoke to her again.

I don't understand why so many comments here are automatically equating DRUNK SEX with rape. Rape should not be the default position after reading this title. Having drunken sex is not anywhere equivalent to rape, nor should it be.

I am currently receiving Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) for a pituitary gland problem. My body stopped producing it's own testosterone and caused many, many problems.
