130	Why You’re Still Getting Shitty Results Holy shit i needed this. I felt lost cause i have been reading TRP for like 8 months or so. Going to the gym for 6 months. 2	Why Women Hate When Betas Improve Themselves: An Evolutionary Theory. This theory has a good point, but does that also mean the beta-people improving themselves is wrong?, or else it would fuck up the hiercy.
