Obviously we'd need to agree to some definition of a human being, or I'd have to use more specific language in my post but I'd say that the fetus is just that: a "human fetus". If it makes it easier to discuss I'd say that what I've been calling a human being might more easily be called a "person" whereas a fetus is a growing embryo, and not a person. The implication is that we should be "as ok" (as a society) with dead beat dads as we are with women who abort a pregnancy. I wouldn't agree with that. | 1 | This about sums it up.I understand, and obviously the father is being put in a tough spot that, if he were a woman and could simply terminate the pregnancy he wouldn't be in, but the difference is the fathers choice is really going to cause life long problems for an innocent child.
