When a man at a newspaper wrote an article asking wh I just want to point out that when someone says "IF IT WAS RAPE it was good rape" essentially amounts to a figure of speech. By definition, if someone is saying that, IT ISN'T RAPE. You are all getting worked up about nothing. 6	In Australia, it's not rape unless there is penetration. This is why men are often not counted in rape statistics, because vaginal rape is not validated by the legal system.
