I'm not a giant fan of the gym myself. I do keep fit by staying active. I rock climb, mtn bike, and snowboard. Some of the best ways to stay in shape, also the stories and scars to go with them work wonders with the ladies. One of the sayings I live by is "Bone heals, Blood dries, and chicks dig scars."
