This exactly. I would add - if you think you have a friend with these poor morals but aren’t sure, don’t get judgy until they admit it themselves. Then, drop them.

This exactly. I saw a tweet by some Twitter political scientist / influencer who said the same thing. TikTok, and others like it, are a way for world powers like China to contribute to moral decay in America, thus undermining US power. It’s a dark world out there.

The biggest misconception people have about this is right there in your first sentence. You nailed it and yet so many people miss the point. What guys mean is a woman showing a sign she is interested and won’t reject him if he approaches. There was a really post by someone on this forum that showed good ways to indicate interest while still letting the man do the work. The idea being you show him friendly openness and it’s up to him to pursue if he really wants you.

It’s so pathetic when they do this. The only woman it attracts is a desperate one, like the pick mes you mentioned. Those are the types of women who would throw themselves at a man’s feet for a breadcrumb of attention and boy it ain’t me.

The last line in this is gold. When a man behaves like a female wanting to be chased, there’s a good chance he is redpilled or following pickup artist tricks. Many of their tactics rely on psychological games to make a woman chase them instead of the reverse. If you see it as emasculating and thus repulsive, it helps protect you against these kinds of men.

Very eloquently put!

You’ve got to do a full post on this type of man! Spooky how similar our experience was. One guy I went on a few dates with basically admitted to me that his whole goal with women was just to use as many as possible, and that he thought it was fun to manipulate women with pickup artist techniques.

What is it with tech bros and being red pilled? I swear every single one of those nerds is reading from a pickup artist handbook or something. I’ve yet to meet a well-adjusted one.

Bingo. This is it. It’s just a sob story to get her to feel pity and rush into intimacy, without expecting a relationship.

I was literally cackling reading this because it’s so damn true. These folks are not blessed with beauty by a long shot…

Yes! Literally swiping on Tinder proves every single open-relationship, “ethically” non-monogamous, polyamorous loser is ugly. Without fail. I think the label might act as an attractant to a certain breed of wild child free spirit hippie type of pickme woman. That’s my only guess, at least

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
