Looks mean far less for women than they do for men. Not saying looks aren’t important, but women tend to notice things like confidence and charisma far more than how good a guy looks.

1st. What is your regimen? 2nd. What do your typical sets/reps/volume look like? Diet is absolutely key. I recommend tracking your diet for a week or so then adjusting from there. I use myMacros to track my diet and its really helpful for bulking or cutting.

I meant a systole of between 130-120 and a diastole of 90-80. Thats pretty normal range.

Its called white coat hypertension. Some people get anxious when BP is being checked, If you are truly getting around 120-130/80-90 at home you are probably fine. If you are still concerned go see a doctor,

No time is wasted if you have finally found yourself in a position to be successful. Honestly, the age issue is only as big of a deal as you make it, Im currently in grad school and the best students are the older ones, you also aren’t that much out of that age group, but your maturity will show which is a huge plus. Personally, no friendship I have with a bro , no matter how bad it may be at the moment, (we are men, we piss each other off and do stupid shit in the heat of the moment, it happens) is worth some pussy, but ultimately its your call whether or not to pursue, just make sure you are aware of the worst that could happen and you are okay with the outcome.
