2	"Work on yourself" You mentioned you had success a couple of weeks ago with cold approaches. If it happened once, why not again and many more times? Just keep doing it and don't take the rejection or approaching in general too seriously. The success rate could be super low, but still better than not talking to any woman at all. For building back confidence, I think investing in good friendship would also help.
