2	People who have used medication such as adderall and xanax to treat anxiety, do you feel that it has improved your life? Xanax is only really safe for stopping a panic attack. If you take xanax every day, you will be addicted to xanax which is a much worse problem. If you have anxiety that is just free floating and not attached to any situation that the biggest sign you need meds. Clonopin or antidepressants are better/safer.
