Using the word rape in place of verbal abuse from a subhuman orange wankstain is a kick in the teeth for the children and women he did rape. If jumping to that sort of thinking there's gonna be no point in in the word, it's already bad enough that men have trouble reporting being raped without it being seriously taken.

Oh of course if there is a case, but sometimes there is not. Representation is costly especially good representation, along with time most parents/family seeking access don't have that benefit. It's far to easy to deny access than grant it and with single adults with children who seem to think a child is an item of possession that just throws a big old spanner in the works.

For good representation you'd be paying a hefty sum, and from personal experience i was up against a wall which as far as I know is very common for men. Sad to say it was to expensive after previous court hearings etc

It's just as much of a nightmare really, just wondering would each state have it's own branch of laws in regards to say child access or does it come under an umbrella sort of system?

Ah that's in the US right? Think UK may differ a touch? Edit: Would have to a be serious court order to completely deny any access, it does happen know a few people in that situation but without any orders only a personal grievance it would be denying said child's rights. I think it's once they reach 7 they can choose where stay or have a say in it, I may be wrong as it's what I've been told

Iirc once a child reaches a certain age they have rights to have contact/access with either parent and family.

Also note that denying access to a child while claiming child support doesn't earn you that title either, it denies the child's rights in regards to relationships with parents and family. Also makes you a major d-bag.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
