I've tried to hop on that sub a couple of times the past two days and it won't load for me

I really hope that it works out like that. Learning from the older, married men has been much more beneficial to me than TRP

What are you talking about? OP is bringing up points that relate to a fairly sizeable portion of the female population, about how they think and bringing discussion on how to navigate through. Plus if this sub was about nothing but sexual strategy I wouldn't be subbed because it would be shit. What about finding purpose and becoming a good man? I thought that's what this sub is about

I watched a surivial show where it was men vs women and just the basic differences in their camp site set up was just sad. They had no covered place for a fire, their structures for sleeping leaking rainwater etc. All these self proclaimed feminists ended up mooching heat from the mens camp

I like the point you're making. Every single person you meet will teach you something whether it be knowledge, mannerisms, a few jokes, contacts, etc. If they never disrespected you and objectively good people with a purpose in mind you should absolutely keep these relationships open

This is good advice, but it's better if you remove the focus from a relationship with a girl and apply this mindset to ALL relationships. Self worth is solely dictated by the individual, it's nice to have a reminder sometimes

It's like this woman's idea of helping is what the fucking prison system should have been in the first place. Gives people direction and goals to work toward whole serving time and teaches them to not be an ass in society

Yeah my uncle is over 60 and has it, says it's not fun. I have a bad feeling I'll have a mild case because of working at bars

You could have good knowledge to share but this reads like a diary entry. You talk about what happened with your days, there's no reflection on each person, there's no reflection on your thoughts. It was choppy and left me confused as to why you shared. You need to improve your FR formatting

To be honest I fucking hate the first line of this post, this sub isn't about women it a about being a man. Good finance advice though.

I'm not married, and never planning on it but since when does anyone in the TRP universe take what some woman says to heart. Acta non verba

I used to work security at a country bar and restuarant, all cute staff all fucking each other and you know what came with all that? Nothing but drama and distractions. The smart ones pulled from the girls that didn't work there. Sounds like his place of work is similar, no need to take chances.

Haha I did consider that, for a hot second. I guess only time will tell if Swiss government takes equality seriously

I think one of the broader points is that there is no real guidelines for this. This pretty much gives women all the power and more when it comes to their sexual interactions. I believe this kind of law will make men that reside there extremely passive so they don't get called a rapist by the government.

I'm neither married nor older than you are (most likely). I read this sub for the great insights from older and more accomplished men and from what I've learned so far, you sound far too emotional coming out of some argument with your wife

This is just lazy man. Yeah I'm from the bay and I agree with how you describe the atmosphere. But damn man get a grip, bitches will be bitches everywhere and there's hot, ugly, short, fat, white, brown, feminist, submissive types no matter where you look. Upgrade yourself and your game and you'll pull no matter where you are. I guarantee if you posted this on MRP you would hear this and more from MANY more qualified men than I

Set no expectations and realize your anger is only hurting yourself, taking away from your energy. Separate yourself from your emotions, for we are not women.

OP when I first came to TRP I was In a 2 year LTR and I asked for advice after too much time of my being a blue cuck. Many many people told me to just drop her, move on and fuck more girls. At first that shit was tough to read because I wasn't ready to unplug, wasn't ready to let go of that comfort, wasn't fully accepting of the reality that I see today thanks to this sub. It took me a long time to kill the beta and I'm still squeezing the last bit of life from that fucker but ending my LTR was …

Now that you do own a firearm I suggest these basics: hunters safety course credentials Safe to store gun in a dry place proper cleaning supplies soft or hard case for transportation 3-4 magazines (always keep you in your safe fully loaded) proper eye protection ear protection (I have a custom set of ear buds that work great) when you're buying ammo, I also suggest checking out fun shows where men sell well made reloads for cheaper than you could get in store

I eat meat (not as much as I used to) but the strongest and largest land dwelling mammals on this planet are herbivores. Rhinos, elephants, gorillas (and grizzlies are omnivores but most of their diet is roots, plants and berries) Just something to think about. Also am certified through PN

A life that suits your needs and wants. When you're happy with you, that's attractive. There are things you can do to help like lift, have a fun social group (not just partying). Make your life attractive for you FIRST

On these subs we talk about trust but verify. If I had suspicions I would prepare myself to break it off and then find whatever is to be found. It's not about being trustworthy, it's about making sure you don't get fucked.

I starting lifting pretty seriously about 3 years ago and I had always thought I was just a fat ass average joe, not meant to look like a football player. Now you can see my cheekbones, I fit in clothes nicely, posture is immensely better and confidence is at a place I'd never thought I'd see. 5'11" When I started: 302lbs, 26% bf Yesterday: 202lbs, 15% bf As you can see from my numbers I'm by no means shredded (still have small love handles) or super muscular but honestly it felt like a complete…

This is a good question for the married redpill sub. The guys over there are married or divorced and the average age of the people there are higher than you could find here
/r/askTRP04/09/16 08:37 PM

You should never bring up any kind of "talk" with her unless you're telling her about something she did to piss you off, don't do it again, etc. Acta non verba
/r/askTRP04/09/16 05:06 PM
6

You should not be the one to pursue the relationship, especially LTR. If you really want to keep seeing her (I suggest not) you need to realize that you are the prize and it is very easy to fall back into old beta habits. Focus on yourself and let her chase you. You are #1 in your life and she should make it better
/r/askTRP04/09/16 04:31 PM

Ask yourself how much work is "worth it" to improve yourself? Bitches and money are side effects of a happy, stable and motivated man

The other comments are good advice, I'd just like to build on it. Whenever you're hanging out with her there are times where you just feel like kissing her right? After a good banter or a lull in the conversation or whatever. If in that moment you want to kiss her just do it! Redpill is about doing what YOU think is right for you, just go for it dude. Good luck

Machines are great for teaching yourself how to actually focus on the muscle and the contraction whereas free weights is great for stabilizer muscles and more of a focus on overall fitness rather than looks. That being said Phil Health is a behemoth and he uses A LOT of machines. It truly depends on your goals. If you have more specific questions PM me, CPT here.

You need to next her and monk mode. The way you are acting is not what an alpha would do. Petty remarks and manipulation isn't what TRP is about. I'm currently swallowing the pill and trying to absorb this stuff so I'm no expert or who I want to be, but from the outside it looks like you need to figure yourself out.

KB swings are one of the last things he should be doing. Focus on body weight things. Planks, supermans, mountain climbers, maybe push-ups if there's no pain. More importantly make sure you're cleared to be doing those kind of exercises, see a PT or chiropractor for help. Injuries should be taken seriously

You can still train boxing, Muay Thai and kickboxing without taking shots to the head. You never have to step into a ring and spar to train that kind of sport if you don't want. Go peek into any gym like that and you won't see many people in the ring

My LTR asked for "space" and your definition of Neil Armstrong space is exactly what I'm giving her. Thus far she's only texted me once this week saying "I hope you're having a good week!" I didn't even reply.

I've been focusing on that. I'm more curious with what I say because eventually she's going to ask what's going on with it. I already plan on telling her I'm focusing on what I need to do to be a kickass man but besides that, is any other reason worth saying?

I don't believe so (might depend on your state) but become a bar back, if you lift and aren't afraid to tell idiots to stop being idiots become security. If you aren't ready for that become the coat check guy, a server, a runner. In the end it doesn't matter bc you're going to meet a ton of people. Learn from those interactions

Nice, I hope you find what works for you. I have a lot of excitement about the months to come, and I haven't felt that way in a while. Thanks the comments my man, everything I've read today has helped me
/r/askTRP16/04/16 08:29 PM

I definitely get what you're saying. What makes me happy is helping other people, I'm a trainer and I've helped change a lot of lives and it's been busy, and I think worrying about what I'm doing with them has made me lose focus on myself. Just today I went for an awesome hike on my own and I realized that I don't do many things on my own for myself anymore. I go mountain biking, fishing, golfing with friends of mine but not alone. You have given me a lot to seriously think about, I need to lear…

From the last time I met with her to talk to now, I feel much better about what I have to do to get my shit together. I'm finding someone to talk to just to keep myself engaged with what I'm thinking I'm going to take my workouts and healthy eating habits much more seriously I'm started back on sketching and painting because I think it's fun Started reading books I never finished Etc if she wants to keep her commitment to me while I'm changing gears great, and if not, then I'm not really interes…
/r/askTRP16/04/16 07:22 PM
2

Another thing I'm wondering about is if she brings up taking a break or spending less time together for a while how do I respond? I understand if that happens she doesn't have that level of respect for me to be committed or can't decide. With that in mind idk if I'd be interested in giving her permission to basically shop around

I have definitely come far since I told her mentally. In retrospect telling her really didn't make me feel better in any way, talking to my friends did. I will not be sharing things like that again with her. I will master my thoughts
/r/askTRP16/04/16 04:00 PM

I'll be thinking about this a lot. Thanks for that insight, I definitely should be the rock and I realized that the past few months I've been shaky without her knowing. I just kind of snapped and realized all this shit on Monday.
/r/askTRP16/04/16 03:58 PM

I'll be looking at that fear a lot today and I think I'm going to realize that I'm going to be ok with it if she can't see what I'm going to make of this situation. I do plan on taking care of myself, thanks for the message man
/r/askTRP16/04/16 03:57 PM

Thanks for the insight man. I know I'm going to come out a better man, and I guess if she can't see that then hey, there'll be others.
