3	The struggles of women that are actually the struggles of men: yeah, those are women's struggles after all, there's still no such thing as a men's issue. I absolutely agree, but it needs to come from men themselves. This might be a pretty hackneyed metaphor but I used to smoke. No matter how much people wanted me to quit, or how many times I tried it never stuck until I was the one who wanted to quit. Hell, sometimes when people told me to quit I wanted to smoke even more as a 'fuck you, you can't tell me what to do'. Not nuanced, unique to men, and possibly inherent to their gender, masculinity is a bad thing.
