Wow. Luckily looking at my past I have had medical emergencies in my past, and my boyfriends at those specific times did show up with help. With both of them, however, there are reasons we didn’t make it. Sadly, this user’s account has been suspended on Twitter.

I said “no” too and am glad I did. Good for her. I mean marriage can be nice with the right person, but that’s the trick: finding the right person and not just anyone.

I'm in a fairly new accountability group where we meet once a week for 30 minutes. It makes a difference for the three of us to have a check-in. Having that "to do" list for both long-term and short-term goals helps. Personally, making sure I keep my friendships strong and stay socially active to continue to meet new quality people. Things are stressful for me right now, so managing stress. I dropped a few things from my list, and I'll add them back once this stressful period is over.

I was asked out by a guy I just met a few weeks ago. He was attractive and friendly, so I agreed when he asked me if I wanted to have a drink with him. I was heading home on a sunny weekend afternoon and figured "why not?" We went to a bar where he's a local and a wonderful guardian angel mentioned he was married. Was this guy wearing a ring? Of course, he wasn't. All the stuff about problems at home and how he wished he'd met me earlier definitely came up. I told him that while his attention wa…

He spent a few years giving to one woman and now he refuses to with anyone else? Nope. Bye. Get rid of him. I'm in a similar scenario with someone who I thought was going to be a great new relationship, and it ends up his wooing game is strong as is his sex drive. He spent a few weeks over the summer encouraging me by telling me he adored and desired me, saying he missed me (he was traveling), and once I fell, game over. He totally flipped to cold. Like her, I love to be pursued and desired. Oth…

I'm a type 1 diabetic, so I have those marks and scars too. I've learned how to manage it, but type 1 isn't easy on your skin. I feel for her because the first time he said that to her, she should have picked up her stuff, walked out, and blocked him. Invest in some sex toys and call it a day.

Yeah. I'm talking to a man right now, who is pretty much going to be shown the door. I'm just holding because of the fires nearby. He's in the wine industry, but he's just awful: doesn't converse well and talks over me. I've pointed it out, and it still happens. Done.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
