Wildest thing happened last week and i need to ventI just can't even imagine being a father to little girls these days. The stories within this thread are just so discouraging. | /r/MensRights | 12/04/13 10:25 AM
Wildest thing happened last week and i need to ventAgreed. 100% agreed. with the media's (specifically MSNBC) fear mongering it's so scary. I now feel awkward just walking past my neighbors. Just walking by a local school. I should not have to feel that way. I did nothing but be a good person, yet I have been made a pariah? Makes no sense. | /r/MensRights | 12/04/13 09:23 AM
Wildest thing happened last week and i need to ventI won't lie, it still makes me mad at times. And as I have said on other threads, I no longer ever engage kids for fear that i'll be persecuted. It's sad. I get freaked out now just playing with my nephews, always judging myself. It's just a weird feeling. I can't even imagine what OP's roommate is going through. But you have to think of it like this: A minor inconvenience in the storyline of my life may have actually changed the course of another human's life. I'm OK with that. | /r/MensRights | 12/04/13 08:41 AM
Wildest thing happened last week and i need to ventHahaha! Now if the mom were pissed about that it would have made more sense! | /r/MensRights | 12/04/13 07:54 AM
Wildest thing happened last week and i need to ventIt was a shitty situation, no doubt. I still get pissed. But as I've said, I'm now glad it happened. The little girl is in a better place. The fucked up thing is that now I feel dirty if I encounter a kid. I am no longer a nice guy, but a potential pedophile, in my own head. Ya know? Look where being a good person gets you? | /r/MensRights | 12/04/13 05:25 AM
Wildest thing happened last week and i need to ventIn retrospect -- I am glad it happened. I had nothing charged on me and the little girl most likely has a better life now. I had no idea of the kid's situation, so it seems the situation that happened bettered her life. I'm now glad I was a part of that. | /r/MensRights | 11/04/13 10:54 PM
Wildest thing happened last week and i need to ventThis has gotten so fuckin' ridiculous. I don't have kids, and not sure if I want to. But I love kids -- their innocence, they make me laugh -- and I have myself been the subject of false accusations. I was at a bodega gettin' some smokes and this little girl came up to me, asked me for candy. I asked her what she wanted -- Reese's peanut butter cups -- and I bought it for her. I opened it for her, gave her a smile and a pat on the head. All the sudden I am walking back to my APT and cops swarm. … | /r/MensRights | 11/04/13 09:38 PM
