Men and women have different options because of their biology. Legally or not, it’s a matter of them physically being able to have an abortion. Only SOME women have the option to get an abortion if they do get pregnant. Again, the option of abortion exists because the fetus is inside the woman. I agree that there SHOULD be legal consequences for stealthing, fertility fraud, paternity fraud, and rape. However, if you willingly have unprotected sex how is that not “consent” for them having your child? The woman knows she is ALSO taking a chance of becoming pregnant.
