| 1 | Equality or Reality?The kit a special forces soldier is required to carry is standard. I don't know the exact weight but it is pretty heavy. So if the requirement is to carry a 40kg back pack for 20 miles. That's the requirement. Either you can or you can't. In true equality gender is irrelevant. That is what you must be able to do.
