Ah shit you got me, I was thinking of https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special_Forces:_Ultimate_Hell_Week and https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/SAS:_Are_You_Tough_Enough%3F Saw the pic and thought it was a continuation didn't realise someone else had made the same show with a different name. Ah well, on those other shows they made such a big deal about how the women can compete and it drove me insane because on the individual tasks carrying a heavy pack they were given lighter weights. The kit a special forces soldier is required to carry is standard. I don't know the exact weight but it is pretty heavy. So if the requirement is to carry a 40kg back pack for 20 miles. That's the requirement. Either you can or you can't. In true equality gender is irrelevant. That is what you must be able to do. The show giving the women lighter packs is just fudging it so women get further.

The show is bullshit, the women carry less weight than the men in all the individual tasks otherwise they wouldn't be able to compete. No equality there.
