Some awful woman once entered my life. She was trailer park trash and only trash people look down on the blue collar. Actually, there are so many more wealthy blue collar people than cube crunchers. Only a fool who has no clout in the white collar world would act like the white collar world is superior. It's a frustrating attitude to hear from anybody, but women seem more prone to voicing it this way.

Just in case one shows up, I do data mining and it's not hard to troll for keywords that could indicate crimes. In other words, I can help amass a wall of evidence about 4 miles thick. Crowdsourced litigation?

So the strongest legal case I understand exists is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uk2Dp4tYo8M If Reddit is not a neutral public forum, then they're liable for all content on its platform (which effectively would put them out of business). Section 230 under CDA. I don't personally understand why there aren't more lawyers out there trying to put together broad class actions against these companies. I get that it'd be a true career risk, but it'd be like trying to invest in alternative energ…

It's not a bad theory, but maybe these days I'm more of an academic about accepting claims. I don't know how you arrive at your thesis here. I know it's silly, but the data point I can add is that I was part of a professional fraternity (total mistake btw) that consisted of a lot of left-wing non-profit types that went to schools like Harvard / U Penn etc. It was unique in that I saw them basically organize around instituting a lot of the PC garbage we now all know. Is this group solely to blame…

Like Hugh Hefner? XD Dude was a heroic LEGEND No but seriously I feel so amazingly good when I don't compromise my self-esteem to women. For me, it's not about repression, it's about recognizing that self-worth is more important than sexual gratification. She wasn't a model cow.. I'll say that much lol

Gotcha, yeah I've tried this response. Told this girl that, "I meet people really easily.." and also (lol) that, "most people talk about their friends when they're really just acquaintances". Obviously don't need the second part so much. I sincerely do maintain that most men have activity buddies. I know guys I play sports with. I have work colleagues I get beers with. I didn't goto war with these guys, and I don't think they have my back like that. I am 10+ years out of high school and don't ma…

Really? Because from everything I can tell you're the one who's basically fapping himself on dude's Reddit posts to posture how cool you are. Had you provided any substance, you would have gotten a different response. I'm familiar with the goonish approach you're trying to embody. I'd imagine you'd fail miserably doing anything of substance with your life with that attitude. Maybe your life strategy optimizes you for basic hoes.

Real talk though XD I've done both the online and the offline date. !@#$ apps though, I try to source dates from offline these days. Offline date I walked out on when the shit-test-fest was real. Online dating generally puts stuff way out of our favor, but there I pedestal'd the woman unnecessarily; other online woman thought I was a player. In both cases these are roughly cold approaches and as they're getting to know me they wanna know all about my non-existent social life. But 10-4, makes sen…

Right, and so intuitively you know when she's shit-testing you like crazy she's about to completely let her guard down and melt for you. It probably really messed her up that I walked out on her. I think I'm trying to truly understand myself in this equation though. Where does her shit-test about social life come from? Value to us as men is building net worth, not a set of fantasy football bros and beer buddies. I've obviously made the right decision but I'm struggling to feel good enough about …

Yeah but your probability of getting her to shut up might increase. It might also have the effect of decreasing the sentiment that women are on a pedestal because they wear tight-fitting clothing, and hey it could make eating oysters a less fraught experience.

This is a start to an awesome perspective. There's some stuff that I view slightly differently, but you capture it succinctly in your first sentence. Some of your remarks come from a place of emotional emptiness / unresolved stress / longing for connection. You can effectively handle those items and eat your cake too. In other words, I think the goal for most men should be to handle the emotions so they can get back to being a monk / ghost to people's trivial games. You engage it all when you fe…

I think the reason people make the comparison to the Nazi regime is because it was the first and last time the entire world had its eyes on a conflict where the stakes were the consolidation of global power. This said, there are a few items that make WW2 have no other comparison. Telecommunications didn't knowably exist any other time in history. Bombs with the destructive yield produced by atomic weapons didn't exist. To put this all another way, the Nazi party actually started out as a progres…

Many of these people are criminals and are in cahoots via informal bribery with groups like the FTC / FCC. It's basically systems of plausible deniability; the dumber a person is in performing their compartmentalized role, the more rewarded. This keeps the liability low. Years ago, there was that meme of the San Francisco person that liked the smell of their own farts. Well, the watchdog line-workers that used to police Microsoft got bought out by internet startups like Google, and they silenced…

It's hard for me to find time, but I ran 5 miles. Yesterday I think I did a PR inclined chest press (hammer strength) with 230lbs of plates loaded on. No idea what the machine is without weights (internet says 15lbs so 245lbs???). Then maxed out a lat pulldown machine at 230lbs lol. My diet has been totally f'd though, eating like a fatty and unable to get myself into a calorie deficit. Cheers

I think the only way to hold judges accountable is via judicial review which voters can impact. Beyond this, a judge's incentives seem to not be overturned repeatedly and to uphold existing case law. Beyond this, judges unfortunately have full immunity if acting in an official capacity, i.e. you can't sue a judge. I have an interest in the law and I think politics as I started to see that some groups out there are hell-bent on using politics to take for themselves while making my life (and other…

Help him out. Crying is a form of strength in the sense that it let's out suffering. Crying can be pouting or self-pitying, but otherwise it can relieve and allows someone to carry on.

Never been in court except to get a restraining order on someone and to sue a company for unpaid wages. I guess I'm thinking of criminal law a bit! Still, I think a lot of this stuff falls under domestic violence code. Thinking further, if there is pernicious intent to use the law for self-gain and a presentation of fabricated evidence, I have to think that's illegal. It's like somebody faking an injury to get disability; it defrauds the system, but enforcement and judgment are two separate matt…

The reason that this would pass as evidence is that lying in court is a serious infraction. Whereas a lot of women lie in court without any qualm, it still is seriously illegal. A prudent judge would weigh the cost of lying, and there is possibility of subpoenas to the phone company or software company to retain that record. She indicated she didn't lie to police, so her liability is clear there. However, she gives a pretty clear notion of her motives and the level she's willing to go to. If I w…

One time, I dated a divorcee who wanted raw BDSM in the bedroom.. for similar reasons.. the courts completely disregard the rights of men in favor of women. She wanted punishment to make things even and at some point there was a line of punishment I wasn't willing to dole out. Still, she asked for it. Then you have so many women who outright disregard the law. It'd be one thing if we were a virtuous culture that upheld treating women with chivalry and respect, but then there's all these power-hu…

I relate so much to this. Sadly, I wish I had had less sex and didn't engage in as much "fuckboydom" like this guy specifies. I was definitely a fuckboy age 18-21, then understood my worth in the world came from money etc. Still, wish I didn't give my heart out to the beast of a woman I did. Wish I didn't hop on dating apps and have meaningless sex for an entire year like I did a year or two ago. If you're a guy reading this, just don't even stick your dick in a woman you deem worthless. Don't s…
