Of course she ends with the classic “we have a great relationship otherwise.” Uh yeah, other than the fact that your husband is a selfish piece of shit.

I’ve heard that disdain is the number one predictor of divorce. Can’t remember source right now.

And here’s the thing: these men aren’t great guys who will look down on you just because you asked them out. They’re guys who were too lazy/cowardly to ask you out in the first place, or who weren’t interested but didn’t turn you down because they wanted the opportunity to use you. A HVM would either: 1) Ask you out first or 2) Politely decline your invitation because he knows he’s not really interested.

Men, the porn industry, and liberal sex pozzi “feminism” all try VERY hard to convince people that the moral objections to pornography are primarily just crazy right-wing religious zealot prudes who hate sex. That being said, I don’t believe there is any adult who consumes porn who isn’t aware of the things you just mentioned. When men try to reduce moral objections to porn down to religious prudishness, it’s the equivalent of covering their ears and yelling, “La la la, I know it’s wrong but I c…

Can confirm. It is horrible. It breaks my heart that there are women who think they have to put up with this bull shit from men.

I read just the beginning of this and literally thought, “Looks like another great day to boycott men.” I hope a divorce is in this woman’s near future.

I hope she humiliated him by leaving their wedding. That must have taken a lot of bravery for her. Queen. 👑

Yeah. The forever girlfriend situation is so sad. My brother has been dating the same woman for about 10 years now and it’s been so cringey to hear her nag him about getting married throughout the years. Like sis, if he wanted to marry you he would have by now. Full stop.

I think the idea (though not explicitly stated by the OP) is that liberal feminism often attempts to rebrand patriarchy/what men want from women as somehow empowering to women. Or just the idea that if an individual woman decides to do something, then that choice is automatically empowering because it’s her choice. Obviously sending your nudes is not empowering when you literally have zero control over what the recipients (men) do with them once they have them.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
