1	An alienated dad reaches out every day. Apparently piling on. Texan here. Went through mediation. I had custody of our daughter. We basically split time 50/50. I was able to work from home most of her grade school years which was a big help. It was a little difficult on our daughter bouncing back and forth between houses, mostly I think because of planning things with her friends. Daughter had both of us in her life. 1	What can I do or not do to help mitigate/lower my introverted Man's stress? It has taken me a while to think of an answer. Perhaps show him my response. Sharing your thoughts and understanding others is half the battle. We like to think that our problems are unique to ourselves, but that is flat wrong. "A problem shared is a problem halved." Introverts must have time to be alone with our thoughts and "recharge". Extraverts seem to run around with solar panels soaking up the energy around them.
