Hey man where have you been? Glasses are no longer associated with being nerdy. Some people even wear fake/nonprescription ones just as a fashion statement. And being smart is in. Haha, in my head obviously. More I think about my life more I realized how many opportunies I've missed because of these false images. Thank you for your comment.

However, are you sure contacts aren't an option? Pretty sure just about everybody can wear contact lenses today with new technology from the last decade, but I might just be completely oblivious to your medical problems. I wore contacts for a few years before glasses but my eyes eventually became so dry eyes that it hurts nowadays to put on any contacts. Psycho-analyze yourself, going back to your childhood memories. The aim for now is to understand your insecurity - you'll get over it later I agree that this is really important (Alice Miller ftw). I have found many reasons from my childhood and family being an outsider. My whole life I've felt like I'm different from others, but going out I realize that people have no idea about my past and they don't seem to hate me as some people did.

As a final note, have you read models yet? I've only started reading it, but will definitely proceed. My problem is that back in high school I used to be part of the nerds and didn't got any female attention and was often mocked by the 'cool kids'. I started lifting weights and chancing my appearance as I grew up.
