-16	My dorm just put up this new board, "Mansplaining Explained" Uh, that's actually not that bad an infographic. If you do actually have largely incomplete knowledge of a subject, or if the person you are attempting to explain/argue with has more knowledge than you do, maybe you really shouldn't be explaining to them. This does sometimes happen as a dynamic between men and women. And their suggestions are to simply communicate better (ask what their level of knowledge is on the subject you are attempting to explain). The problem is not this infographic. 1	If both parties were drunk, how can only one be accused of rape? Look, I get the irony of the typical both parties are drunk and the man becomes at fault. That's not what this is (according to her version of events). This is one human being who is conscious having sex with another human being who is unconscious. 16	If both parties were drunk, how can only one be accused of rape? The alleged crime is not his having sex with her while she's drunk, its his having sex with her while she is unconscious. I don't give a shit if you have both been drinking, its wrong to have sex with an unconscious person. -4	FSU QB returns woman's punch, with predictable results The question you have to ask is "was his punch a proportionate response?" It doesn't look like it to me. Yes she assaulted him by punching him. It was barely a glancing blow, his head didn't even move. No, I do not think his response was proportional to what happened to him, nor do I think he felt like his life was in danger.
