Marriage 1.0 no longer exists. It's not commonplace, but it isn't a myth. Why could you not properly game your wife into it? Marriage 2.0 is a terrible deal for men. The best way for men to deal with the current state of marriage laws is to not participate. Agreed, I'd never suggest having a legal marriage at this point.

Must of us want commitment. Most of us want a solid, long term loving relationship. But you can't ask us to participate in a system INCENTIVIZES the ending of that relationship just for the sake of making sure our kids have to deal with the exact same shit. Only legal marriage incentivizes ending a relationship. But not all marriages are done through the law.

This answers my question. I interpreted "no marriage" as "no marriage, ever, under any circumstances." Still, and I'll probably ask this to other people, what's wrong with a properly gamed marriage outside of the law? Marriage 2.0 is only bad because women are allowed to run free. You need to research before you make generalizations like this. You sound like a woman, invalidating another's success like this. Trump has never personally declared bankruptcy - only four of his companies have, out of over a hundred. And more glaringly, he is the 130th richest man in America. Please try to make that somehow coexist with "not even performed that well with his investments." Shit, the kind of hamstering needed for that would make most women blush.

Okay I found the law itself and it actually doesn't say every nibble and touch has to have verbal consent - just "sexual acts." Which I had to look up the legal definition for; it's oral sex or sex sex. So really nothing up until that point is sexual assault. Still a disastrous law but not QUITE as stupid. That being said, if a girl gives me a blowjob and I didn't explicit say she could, did she rape me?
