Yeah true it's not like that though. Examples: calling people faggots to their face in the literal sense, saying "fucking faggots" angrily using faggot to refer specifically to gay people, saying homosexuality shouldn't be promoted in movies, etc.

It's kinda wild how homophobic people secretly are. I'd say 80% of the guys I've gotten to know closely around my age (20-24) are homophobic to some extent and I live in a liberal city. Even my closest friend from highschool I'm learning he doesn't really like gay people.

The US government did 9/11. Sandy Hook was a hoax. Islam is right about women.

Ah the classic "everyone I disagree with is sexually frustrated and a loser". I don't even know what people mean by this. 19 year olds haven't lived for 200 years and had their privileges slowly eroded. People follow charlatans like Tate because they make sense while being entertaining.

I'm coming to hate bodybuilding. Going to a gym 1-2 hours every day with a bunch of dudes grunting GUH GUH GUH GUH over and over just doesn't do it for me anymore. Idk maybe in 10 years it will all pay off and I won't look like a dyel retard as long as I'm not wearing a T-shirt.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/08/22 02:58 AM

People who wish for ease are already in the trenches living miserable, hard as fuck lives. Being depressed sometimes isn't real pain. Was Marcus Aurelius disgusting? Bourgeois.

Where did I say anything about his followers? You imply that his followers are in on the joke and a subset of them aren't super into his "douchebag" image.

Are you sure about that? He's playing a character but I think you give his followers too much credit.

Do people actually admire andrew tate's personality? Is mentioning every 10 seconds that you have lots of money/fuck women/fly on jets and are super successful appealing to people? His ideas are alright but damn the dude is such a poser lol it's wild people take him seriously. He's like a red pill false flag.

My question is whether or not the other life in the universe needs to follow the same cell/dna/nucleotide chemistry or if that was just defined by the environment of earth.

Learning about biomolecules is pretty wild. If any of the organic elements/some inorganic compounds had slightly different properties then life wouldn't be possible. It makes me think that either god exists or life is much more common in the universe than we may think.

I killed all the little green bugs in my room last night. I wonder if they enjoyed their safe, easy life before being murdered by my T-shirt. Were they content finding easy respite, food, and mates? Or did they yearn for the stormy seas of the outside world?

I think they associate criticism of islam with the F150 driving trumptard racist caricature they have in their mind, so they just automatically support it I guess. None of them have actually studied the quran/hadith needless to say.

what were you lying to yourself about?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/22 03:07 AM

Yeah it is very life changing. Telling the truth I sometimes conflate honesty with full disclosure though which causes me to say some things I regret, although I think it helps me form closer relationships with people. Sam Harris wrote a wonderful little book on the topic.

I believe in a higher process if I'm honest but I don't think we play a part in it and death is infinite oblivion. If I were to believe there is anything more for us universal consciousness would be it.

What is your definition of virtue and what core virtues should someone develop?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/22 10:04 PM

Life is about more than just maximizing enjoyment. Also not all virtue is forward facing. People can and do achieve great things in this life they just won't tell you about it. Greater things than being some drug addict superstar for sure. I like this post tho.

It's wild seeing how much I've changed over the years. Reading my old journals I had such a fire in me to reach the very edges of what was possible in life. Transitioning from teens to mid 20s your hope and potentiality is replaced with a pervasive listlessness and realizing you are not that guy and never will be.

being scared of some hypothetical that isn't going to happen is such a non issue my god. You being very scared of it doesn't make it an issue. Edit: also rule #1 is to not fuck with degenerates on the street because they literally all carry a knife. Being a man doesn't help too much.

What do I actually need to "be" on a date, other than just having basic social skills. (in terms of personality)
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/22 01:09 AM

I think right thought is outside the scope of meditative practices. Also I don't think you should be observing your thoughts during meditation but instead realize you are mind wandering and bring yourself back to your meditation object. Part of what you are trying to do is to train yourself to focus on what you choose.

The Buddha actually figured out how to become a nofap god 2500 years ago with his "right thought" practice. All you need to do is to stop thinking about sex. That's literally it.

/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/22 11:19 PM

It's kinda depressing how everyone identifies with their race and wants to group up with "their people". Sometimes I think the biggest barrier to multiculturalism being tenable is in-group preference, rather than racism/prejudice. Lefties aren't really helping the situation by incessantly viewing the world through a racial lens.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
