There's two reasons I'm being cautious: 1) Consequences among my social circle (OMG HE KISSED ME) 2) She told me about a friend that she viewed platonically who started making out with her. I also openly flirt with girls in front of her, etc. I've always seen our friendship as platonic, but recently some flags have been going up. Her reactions have been mostly along the lines of "so, how is <girl she knows about> doing?" and nothing more.
