If you only want to sleep with someone who isn't mental... You'd better go gay..

I've admired Raab for a while.. when he was appointed Brexit sec.. Corbyn actually tweeted that he was a misogynist.. tells you a lot about where we would stand if they got into power.

What a condescending comment, how dare you try and say what is worthy of comment and what isn't, and try to shut me up and chastise me.. mens rights doesn't start and end at circumcision. Objectification of men is a valid discussion point. The constant pressure on men to look a certain way resulting in starvation and steroid abuse, may not be important to you, but it is to me. Thank you for your input though.

I'm criticising a news agency for writing a one sided article based on tweets by feminists, about whether the fact that wonder woman is wearing a smaller outfit in a male directed film over the one she wore in a female directed film, that is blatant bullshit when the male lead in the film is wearing even less. I would also criticise that smae news agency when they write articles or run programmes about FGM and never about male circumcision.

it's double standards.. I don't care if Aquaman is stark bollock naked, but look at twitter the fem bots are calling out the male director for sexualising wonder woman whereas she was more covered in the wonder woman film which had a female director. I'm just calling out their bullshit.

You can't even ask for consent if you're in a position of power, aren't all men supposedly in a position of power? So men just can't ask for sex with anyone ever. Suppose that's one way to solve the population crisis. Where do we sign up to be gay? Is there a training programme?

If anyone has ever worked with a majority female work force they would see that men get harassed as much if not more than women. But its harmless flirting if a woman does it..

Men know you can only sleep with a 10 if you're a 9 or a 10 yourself, or have exceptionally good personality or you're filthy rich.. I don't think anyone has ever denied that women chase power and money, as TLC said "Wanna get me with no money Oh no, I don't want no No scrub". Lets look at this from Weinsteins point of view, he's a butt ugly fat troll of a man, but he's rich and gets to meet all these 10s, he takes them out to dinner, they hold his arm walking out of restaurants without shame, l…

I don't think shame is the right thing, educate them, have them educate others, they will already feel like shit, rape is a fucking awful crime, soul destroying, the victim needs support as do their families. We're quick to teach people how to not get burgled we don't say all men have the potential to burgle so we need to educate men not to steal.

I was in London recently with my wife and kids, i taught them not to look like tourists, don't walk around looking at google maps, etc.. why? Because I didn't want to get my wallet lifted, when we park the car they are told to put their kindle/ipad out of sight because I don't want my car broken into, If a woman walks home alone drunk through a park in the middle of the night, she's not asking to get raped but she's sure as shit not being very clever and increasing her risk. It doesn't excuse th…

A good article from a self confessed feminist, I would like her to take a public interest in suicide amongst men and mens mental health issues to help her deal with her fathers suicide and highlight how prevalent depression is in men.

Beauty pageants have, for years, been derided my feminists as objectifying women. Yet their arguments are being used in this article, that if they want to parade naked then that's their choice. It stinks, to me, of men getting the blame for something they neither control or give a shit about. Women creating problems with other women's actions and blaming men.

"You people" great way to get people on your side. My personal view on infant circumcision is that the person being circumcised has no control over it, no choice, but has to deal with it, whether botched or not all of their lives. Would you tattoo a baby? The religious arguments are archaic, do we need to follow rules laid down by primitive societies in modern culture? I am sorry you had a botched circumcision, your pain is yours, but any man suffering from reduced sexual sensations has equal ri…

Do men care about beauty pageants? In my opinion they are sexist and demeaning, but it seems that women are happy to take part in them, they are run by women for women but protested as anti man. Real men see beauty beyond makeup and fake tans. I've never heard a man say she could do with more make-up, more often she wears too much makeup. To protest a beauty pageant with womens rights is bizarre. The article also can't help having a dig at HW and KS at the end, with no relevance at all.

It needs taking further than just movember, a clean shave policy in schools has nothing to do with hygeine it's about not allowing the students to be men. Allowing on religious reasons hardly promotes equality either. This is about control pure and simple.

That is exactly the point... women are saying that. We should turn it around. "I won't be alone with you because I'm worried you'll accuse me of something". My original point included teachers, girls nowadays will get their own way by saying "I'll say you touched me" how can you stop that other than not being alone with someone. Imagine a patient wanting drugs, "if you don't write me a scrip for ketamine I'll say you touched me" the hysteria that is going around is causing us to think the worst …

Don't think that fits here, we're more about making sure we are protected, not going to be stung for child support, than tricking women.

I used to date a medical sales rep, there's a reason they used to hire attractive young women, they were selling to ugly old men, flirting was the sales tool. These women here who claim they don't use their sexuality to get their own way in the office are lying. When I worked in media the good looking ones always knew how to get "help" with their work.

If you and your friend are drunk and you beg them to drive you home, whose fault is it if you die in a crash? Sober you wouldn't get in the car, but drunk you would put yourself at risk.

The theory is, the new defence minister, the former chief whip, had a dossier of evidence that would have been drip fed over the next week or so, the offence of a knee touch was trivial as hell but it was safe enough for him to resign before the avalanche followed whilst in office. What with Kevin Spacey allegations flying around who needs a new series of house of cards, they are literally repeating it in real life.

When i was 17 I used to work with a gay guy, he and his partner used to tease me and flirt. Did it bother me? Not a bit, it wasn't harassment it was confidence boosting, it taught me not to be a homophobe. But in my opinion there are certain people who like to be a victim, or feel oppressed. It wasn't long ago that homosexuals were oppressed, now they're accepted, have the same rights, no one cares if they're gay or not, so those that want to be the victims to feel sympathy suddenly rake up an e…

I looked up flirting on wikipedia earlier, it basically describes what is deemed harassment in the post Weinstein era (last two weeks). The only differences I can see is a) it's flirting if the woman finds you attractive and b) it's flirting if it's happening to a man. If you're male, a bit ugly and/or in a position of power then it's going to get called harassment. So good luck getting laid boys.

I get your point but i disagree with you both. I can't think of a product that is unique to men in the Hygeine category, we all use toilet paper, razors, shampoo, soap, deodorant etc etc. Tampons/sanitary towels are unique to women of a specific age group. So by taxing that product it is a tax unique to that group, (I have only said free in extreme cases, people on welfare, where they are struggling to buy food). If you can think of a tax on men, , a product that is unique to men that really is …

This is a debate about gender specific hygeine products, toilet paper being taxed punishes both sexes equally, tampons punish women only. My point is that this subreddit is about ensuring men specific issues are dealt with and the way to do this is by dealing with women specific issues fairly too.
/r/MensRights01/11/17 03:29 PM
1

When you resort to insults it shows you have nothing better to say. I didn't say free i said not taxed. Bringing up toilet paper has nothing to do with the issue. It just changes the focus of the discussion, i have no argument about toilet paper, its not gender specific and has no purpose being discussed here.

Do you bleed every month? Do you risk toxic shock syndrome by putting a foreign object inside your body? Do us men want to see period blood everywhere? By calling it a right it is simply a way of opening up the tax system to remove VAT, if its a hygeine product it can be taxed. Its as much a right as a jaffa cake isn't a biscuit, but by calling it a right they get the tax deduction. Which I'm all for so let it be called a right..
/r/MensRights01/11/17 07:43 AM

His argument was that they aren't a basic right, and something about toilet paper, all I said was it doesn't help our cause by being twats over womens rights issues, "a basic right" maybe not but is it something we would want if we bled every 4 weeks, of course. I really don't need debating lessons in a comment thread from two internet debate team champions thank you.

No time for comment thread debate team champions, who resort to insults and pulling apart a comment. Soon as you say strawman i know you're not worth dealing with. It may not be a basic right, but its an issue you and I won't ever have to deal with. Imagine every fourth week having to choose between food and sanitary towels. The argument wasn't about toilet paper it isn't the same issue. Your point is fuck the women and their need for sanitary products, mine is, we stand in a better position to argue for our causes by seeing what the women need too. "I'm on the pill" biggest lie ever.. we need a male pill or an injection, women used to argue that they wouldn't trust men to take it, hell yeah we would take it and double down rather then pay child support and be a baby daddy.

Depriving women only increases the divide. Mens rights is about mens issues being respected not at the cost of womens issues but as well as. We will not get our voices heard by just saying women shouldn't get things because men don't need them. It's about realising that men and womens needs differ and we all need to be treated diffetently.

HoC wan't canned because of this, it was canned because they didn't end it at season 3. The original story he gets to power, fucks it up and is about to be impeached so his wife has him assassinated as per their agreement to protect his name. I don't disagree. Mens rights doesn't mean we can't agree with things that are right for women too. At the very least there should be no tax on these products. People on low incomes or state benefits shouldn't have to choose food over tampons. We don't get equality by sinking everyone to the bottom.

I watched 'the red pill' last night, women like 'big red' don't deserve a public voice.. the woman who spoke about Boko Harem really made such great points. The radical feminists are the real hate groups and simply deflect their personality onto others. Being pro men doesn't have to mean anti women, its just about being a voice for the problems we men have suffered for so long.
