What is a good rate of weight gain to calibrate the surplus against? Like .5 lb per week?

You should add all of these 10x, 20x, 30x to the sidebar for easy navigating. Just a suggestion

If you are happily married, leading your life and family, lifting, and getting laid daily by the wife, is it possible to show too much affection? Can you say I love you too much to where it detracts from your alpha? Might be a lame question

Thanks for the response. I'm not sure what a good number would be. So advising daughters to not engage in recreational sex but to have sex for the purpose of obtaining a monogamous relationship should by default keep that number lower than many of their friends. Right? Is this what we are saying?

Nope. I totally get it. I have daughters and it seems like this advice means TRP men marry slutty feminazis and attempt to turn them into submissives. Or TRP women marry betas who are willing to hold out and try to turn them into alphas. Am I seriously the only person who sees this as a conflict?
