1	Feeling lost and socially isolated as a man? There's a couple things to look at if you're feeling down to the point where your suicidal go get help. If you are just bummed about being a man or congratulations go to the gym and rub some dirt in it, it's part of life. I can promise you one thing men need purpose and drive.
