I just did a search for female deaths in WW1. The UK seems to not mention numbers even though there are plenty of articles about "The Forgotten Women" and "The Heroic Women" of WW1. I completely agree. But the focus, at the moment, seems to be completely on Government positions, STEM field positions and boardroom positions. As if parity in these fields would bring about equality. This is such a myopic view. I was trying to point out that equal quotas in these areas mean nothing unless equal quotas in every area is applied. I totally agree. If a judge makes a personal decision (not a jury based decision) they should be liable. This should also extent to parole boards. They are anonymous pen pushers that make decisions affecting the lives of others. And when they get it wrong, there is no accountability. That's not reasonable at all. If a venue was expecting 90% women then all the extra 'outside' toilets should have been for women as well as the actual womens toilets. So the guys get to use the Mens toilets and the women get to use the Ladies toilets plus all the porta potties outside. That's reasonable.

Unequal pay means that women working in the warehouse get less than men working in the warehouse, and men working in the supermarket get more for the same job. Sexism would be the case if women were not allowed to work in the warehouse, or men are not allowed to work in the supermarket. If there are women in the warehouse doing the same job as the men and men in the supermarket doing the same job as the women - this is a non issue.
