Hopefully the investors that got scammed can recover something meaningful from the clean up process that is required to deal with this premeditated fraud. Lets not forget what this was , a long term calculated fraud that put innocent lives at risk so this person could enrich themselves and inflate her sense of worth and ego.

She cant use bankruptcy as a way to get out of the defamation settlement payment because she was found guilty of malice in one of the counts. there is a law stopping people like her using bankruptcy as a way of not paying if found guilty of malice in a defamation law suit.
