Look, I can't tell you how to fix this because I don't think there a sure fix for it. You were born that way, instead of trying to fix it, just embrace it. There a plenty of people like you. Yeah I can be lonely sometimes but look on the bright side, you have friends!

Christ, for the love of God don't do it at work. 4 possible outcomes from this: 1. Lawsuit against you and a sexual harassment case 2. Everyone you work with will hate you for being a knob 3. You get the girl then break up a little while later, work is awkward and one off you have to leave the job. 4. All of the above rolled into one. Not worth the trouble dude.
