I think your conclusion is correct, but maybe for different reasons. I don't think the doctors can argue that notifying the father that the child isn't actually his would be considered violating the mother's autonomy. She violated his autonomy first by trying to sucker him in to raising someone else's kid on false pretenses. The only risk in exposing the lie is her losing her beta bux, but I really don't see the ethical dilemma. She was manipulating him and intended to do so indefinitely.

I never thought hear of Stef outside of /r/anarcho_capitalism, but he really defies the whole ivory tower philosopher archetype. He comes from a totally different angle than TRP did originally, but draws almost all of the same conclusions. Funny how empirical evidence works like that. Definitely worth a listen for the rest of the philosophical concepts too. Also, for those who are confused: OP is referring to 1 hour 10 minutes and 2 hours 20, not literally 1:10 and 2:20.

I am not a bad person without morals But if you don't adhere to them in your actions, then why subscribe to those morals at all? Actions speak louder than words. Like most rules, morals are there for when they're hard to follow, not just when they're easy to follow; it is extremely practical and convenient to be immoral.
