Yea, I can see the logic in that. If you hold a gun to someones head and tell them to mark it zero, that is not legal either. Cause nobody fucks with the jesus.

I think it would be pretty messed up to have two different cases with all the same facts and have two totally different outcomes when the only thing different is the judge or the mood the judge is in. Not saying you are wrong about taking things case by case, but consistency of the law is also good.

If there was no legal definition of child/adult. It would be impossible to have seperate laws that applied to children/adults

This is a good reminder to both people in a relationship. Things can get heated, but if you let things go too far, it can ruin lives. Better to end a bad relationship than let a bad relationship end either of you.
