Humans are social creatures. You will be much more confident and motivated if you are exposed to social environments. Monk mode is good, but the lone wolf ideal won't bring you any happiness. Besides, if you start working on social skills and confidence now, you'll have amazing social skills once you get better in general. Monk mode never ends. Improve consistently.

You definitely aren't going your own way, you're just fucking other peoples way up. You aren't doing anything for yourself, you're just being edgy and spiteful.

Mad respect to Cassie Jay for making the documentary, I just hope its not all about her personal journey through TRP. I hope they focus more on the actual movement instead of her personal story.

takes about an hour and a half to get into real REM sleep, and REM sleep peaks around 4 AM. It resets each time you wake up, even if you don't actually open your eyes. Idk how old you are, but if you are a younger guy you start naturally producing melatonin around 11:30 PM, and you stop producing it around 8 AM. This is why school hours are super fucky, and yet the push on to us that its out fault for being tired in class. By taking melatonin you can fall asleep earlier and get really good sleep…

If you're anything like me, you'll pump yourself up and then when you get there and see the amount of people in the gym you'll get hesitant. You really just gotta say fuck it and do it. It feels hella uncomfortable but you feel amazing during and afterwards

Yeah he was a super nice guy. He said to ask him for help if I need any advice, which I plan to do

ye man. I did 5x5 until I couldn't lift the bar anymore. Face was super red. The weight almost slid off the bar to because I didn't know about the clips. Oh well, most big people started off small. One day I'll look back at today and laugh at myself.

Fuck bro, I really needed to read this. went to the gym for the first time yesterday, didn't know what I was doing at all. I felt like people were smirking at how bad my form was. Some guy actually came over and taught me how to bench right.

I can vouch for this. Been taking my dog on walks around my college campus, "omg can I pet your dog" is now a trigger for me. However, don't get a dog just for the sake of picking up chicks. Those little guys deserve better than that. Dogs are a big time commitment so make sure you aren't only doing it for chicks.

I don't think we are supposed to understand nature. What's the point? What do you gain from that? You'll never understand it so there's no point in wasting time trying to.

What's the point of TRP if it doesn't make you feel anything? What's the point of lifting and seduction? What's the point of a career? TRP is based upon improving the emotions of a man by bettering himself. Objective truth is neutral in some ways, negative in other ways, and positive in other ways.

You're mistaking what I mean by nature. Nature is not trees and grass but the objective reality. You're also mistaking what I mean by balance. I don't mean women and men getting paid equally. I mean for every negative there is a positive. You have to look past societal equalities. They are completely made up.

Your speaking like winter and fall are bad, personally these are my favorite seasons. Especially since I live in the south. Fall weather feels perfect and looks amazing. There's a certain autumn ambience that I love. Same with winter. Love Christmas time. Nothing wrong with fires and mood lighting. Gotta disagree with this post, yes it will affect your mindset but it doesn't have to be negative.

Isaac Newton and Nikola Tesla are definitely not overlooked by society. Its no one's job to recognize you for being a good man. Be a good man for you, and no one else.

Trust me

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
